LH1102_Exercise_11-02-08_4L.JPGBrigham and Women's Hospital in Boston offers some fascinating videos on important health advances including a minute-long program on an inexpensive test that could prevent a heart attack.

In February, the hospital recorded a 90-minute webcast on "Women's Health: State of The Heart" with some of the country's leading experts on women's cardiac care. It was moderated by U.S.News & World Report health editor Bernadine Healy, MD, a cardiologist and health care leader. She also writes the Heart To Heart blog on the usnews.com website.

They discussed issues a woman needs to know on how to prevent and diagnose cardiovascular disease, what to do about hormone therapy and aspirin to help your heart, what you should eat or not eat, and more. The panel also answered questions e-mailed from viewers.

It's really worth a look.
