We all lead busy lives, and there are some days when you just can't fit your workout in.

But before you let the guilt set in, try this tip I just got from our employee wellness newsletter, courtesy of Blue Cross:

"Taking three short walks during the day may seem easier and less tiring than one 30-minute workout, and it's just as good for you."
