I spent a short but meaningful vacation last week with my husband in Maine. Back when we were newlyweds, we literally stumbled upon this beautiful seaside inn on Bailey Island, south of Brunswick.

So, nearly two decades later, we went back, and found the same beautiful view and quiet charm we remembered. It was a perfect setting for a little yoga, and with Wes at the camera we snapped these photos, which I turned into a 30-second Animoto video.

It was my first time using the tool, and it wasn't long enough to do all the poses I actually do in a 20-minute practice, but you get the idea of what yoga does for me as you watch it.
